I chose Silver Lake College due to its proximity to my house, which allows me to live at home.

Due to financial aid, I do not have to worry about large expenses and major student loans after college. This allows me to focus more of my time and effort into making the most of my education.

What a college degree will mean to me is that I worked hard in my area of study and furthered my education to better myself in my field.

I plan to teach high school for a couple of years, then pursue my master’s degree in vocal performance.
