The small class sizes, emphasis on academics, family-oriented community, and wrestling.

How has financial aid impacted your college experience?
It has made it possible for me to pay for my tuition, books, housing, food plan, etc. I would not be enrolled in college and pursuing my dreams without financial aid.

Did receiving financial aid impact your decision to attend Lakeland?
Yes, their financial aid plan offered more than other schools I had applied for.

What will a college degree mean to you?
As the first person in my family to earn a college degree, it will mean the world to me.

Have you learned something during college you didn’t expect?
Yes, I have learned a lot about the real world, including responsibilities when living on my own, providing my own food and necessities, etc.

What are your plans after graduation?
To study for the CPA Exam and work for a public accounting firm.
